Please can anyone shed some light. We went away for 3 days leaving the house in good order and everything working. We have come back to find that we have no hot water as the boiler is not igniting properly. The pilot light is coming on as and when it should, but that is all that is happening. I have no idea about boilers so would like any ideas so I know the person who comes to fix it is not trying to get one over on us!
