Hello there

Ive had some excellent help in the past and i'm hoping someone will help with this dilemma.

I have battened a pitched roof which has a flat roof area at the top. The flat roof runs right to left and has a 45mm fall over 2.4 meters and the ridge need to be tiled but because the flat roof pitch and the top baton don't run in line which leaves a space at the top on the right? It could take an eve tile but would look odd on the left.

What options do i have?

Ive added a photo and it section b-b with the red circle.

From the section drawings it looks as though part of the roof is standard duo pitch and as you move further along, the flattie joins it, correct?

You will need to use lead where the joining anomaly occurs.

Can't whoever drew the plans design the connection, instead of copping out with half a job?

Lead or felt it if you have put the flat roof too high to get a ridge on
