Poor hot water flow upstairs, to bath taps and sink taps

hi,

I have a potterton suprima boiler and cylinder tank upstairs, which was supplying hot water perfectly through the taps and shower, but now the hot water just trickles at a slow rate through the bath taps. I have changed the taps and still no difference. the flow to the kitchen taps seems ok, but upstairs its awfull now.

I'd greatly appreciate any help or advice you can offer. Seems really strange, becuase its just happend all of a sudden.
