Pop up stuck

Hi all

my pop up waste in the sink has stuck down its the one with no lever is there any way to fix it or is it a replacement

blu tack to pull it out

then unscrew the bolt a bit. And use the locknut to fix it.

Sorry its not the top that's stuck down its the screw pin that's stuck down
