Potterten, profile 50 boiler ignites then switches off???

a good old bolier yet playing up as the snow comes....
Wth the honey well timmer it light up then dies a few mins later.
|Does it for heat and hot water so??
the pump and fan are ok
so please advise?

yes faulty as not firing up..
the start up ignition is failing .
so please your advice

There's very little a DIYer can do to these boilers.They require expert attention due to safety issues and I doubt anyone on here will give advice as to how to repair it.Call in a boiler engineer who can fix it and do safety checks.
