Potterton programmer not working

I recently turned off the mains to my boiler (Potterton Suprima 30) to replace the PCB. On swithcing the mains back on, the programmer (Potterton EP2002) LCD is no longer working. However, the red lights on the programmer that indicate whether the water and heating are on, are both permanantly on and cannot be turned off. Replacing the PCB appears to have fixed the boiler problem, but now the water and heating are always on and can not be turned off or controlled via the programmer.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
