potterton suprima50 new pcb

having repaired pcb twice i decided to fit modified board,it now works on hot water but not on central heating,pump seems to be working, as feels to be vibrating when switched off and on,any further ideas or checks,i am 80 mls away from the system,didnt have a meter to check the timer switch
is there any header tank on this system?regards REG

Did you wire up the new board correctly??

Sounds as if it's external ie port valve or thermostat. It maybe a duff board......where did you get it from??

If it works perfectly ok for HW then it is nothing to do with the boiler.

Check your Motorised Valves it's nothing to do with the boiler

has the suprima got the manufacturers time clock in, if so you would have had to remove this as you would be aware, you may have wired the time clock incorrectly, if the system has an external programmer you will be looking at a system fault.
