problem with cold taps

hi guys, have a small problem with my cold water taps in bathroom, about 2 weeks ago the cold tap on the bath would not run only a trickle, after about 2 days it was working fine again, this morning the same thing has happened on the sink tap, there is no problem with pressure as the toilet and bath tap is fine, any help would be great

Probably inside of the tap loose or broken.

Modern cheapo taps, How many turns does the tap with the problem, turn in relation to the other taps,

about 2 turns comared to about 5 on the hot

took the tap apart and it was loose, so have put it all back together and now it is working fine
