Problem with Keston Qudos 28s Condenser Boiler

Keep getting error E02, which means it has tried to light five times and has failed.
Had the Ignitor & Ignition Lead changed, problem still persists.
Fault is intermittent.
Gas supply is ok.
When it tries to light, I can hear a clicking noise.
Could it be the Gas valve or the PCB ?
Can anyone help please ?

both of those bits need a gase safe eng to do. as its a keston, open your wallet very wide.

But its a nice new boiler and up to Kest how they fix it.

When the warrantee runs out get a BG maintenance agreement the day before it runs out!

i like to think im one of the 'good' guys at bg, but i will try my damndest to not have a keston to work on. i didnt htink they made boilers anymore. all i see are the celsius and 'c' type's
