Bungalow- Getting quotes for all new CH. Got it down to W 32CDi or Baxi Eco Blue due to smaller physical size. As past posts have said Pump over run can be noisy (Last place had Ideal logic, never again). So am I right in thinking put up with pump overrun or have tanks in loft?

Pump overrun - pump in/near the boiler operates for a short period after the burner is off, many boilers have this feature. The pump should be near silent.
Tanks in loft - used to supply either a gravity hot water cylinder, or an open vented central heating system, or both.
Combi boiler - device which provides hot water on demand and provides heat for radiators, but not both at the same time.
System boiler - boiler which is typically used to heat radiators and a hot water cylinder. Does not heat hot water on demand.

Hot water cylinders can be supplied via a tank in the loft, or directly from the mains water supply.
Another type of pump can be used to increase pressure if the hot water cylinder is supplied from a loft tank, however this would normally only be for a shower. Sinks, basin and bath usually fine on gravity only, even in a bungalow. Such pumps do make some noise.

Pump overrun and loft tanks are entirely unrelated.
