I have had a new PVC door installed in my extension. To engage the 5 point locking system, you have to turn the handle upwards. This upward movement take a bit of force to go up. IS this normal or the door is not aligned properly?

By the sound of it it's not aligned properly, doesn't mean it's a poor product, just poor fitting and set up, get em back to re toe and heel it or fine tune it with the hinges or a combination of both
