One more sneaky question tho while ive got your attention, how close to

my boundary wall am i allowed to build ??? the wall runs along side were i

want to build my extension, and of course i want to build as close as

possible to it to maximise space.

You can build right up to the property boundary line.

Things like eaves and gutters should not overhang without permission from the neighbour
 
Cheers for that Woody, the roof is going to be mon-pitchedso the guttering and the eaves will be at the front of the extension which will be on my property so i shouldnt have a problem there i hope. :confused:
