i had to replace a gl viper sensor about ayear a go due to water damage all worked fine a simila thing has happened, i,v replaced the viper gl checked the knock sensor works fine but the tamper stays on cant set system cheers

Did the viper have a tamper on it ? If so twist the two wires together in the viper and see if that cures it , then check the viper tamper switch. Also have you put in your code followed by the # to reset the system ?
hi when you say twist tamper wires together. do you mean put them both in one terminal ? the pressure switch clicks ok.yes did try to clear putting in code & # cheers stoppers, thankyou for your help ,friend of a friend came to look at problem tested tamper circite at first no reading discovered fault on another viper had to brake tamper circuite now it works but she is getting on a bit .thanks again
