Hi, I have had a slow leak for years in my c/h system, vokera flowmatic rs80, combi.I have always just topped it up occassionally, tried to locate the leak to no avail.Been under floor, checked all valves, inside boiler, no apparent signs of leak.I changed a rad valve couple weeks ago, ok, but it,s losing approx 0.5bar in less than a week.always try to keep 1 bar.it,s now 0.3bar and leaks slower.Boiler 16 years old, serviced regular and under contract?? Is there anything, similar to RADWELD for cars, that can be put in system? No inhibitor in at all, due to continual topping up.Thinking of changing boiler next year, but will have to find leak somehow.Don,t want to start ripping floorboards up.Any advice would be much appreciated.ps expansion vessel ok

Have you checked the pressure release pipe outside? Are there water marks on the wall.

Try tying a plastic bag over the end, and seeing if it collects anything. Poss your pressure release valve may need replacing.

Hi, Checked that, seems ok, but will re-check.Had to extend it after Homeserve did a boiler safety check.put a "u" on the end, and it seems dry.Cheers
