ready alarm in memory

Was on holiday remote keyfob battery was not working and alarm went off in house before I switched off when I have tried to reset keeps showing message Alarm not ready Alarm in memory It is a VISIONIC POWERMAX COMPLETE

Not sure what you done to reset it but try to press unlock button on the panel and enter your 4 digits code or default 1111.

C. How to clear "Memory" & view “Troubles”
Some alarm events such as emergency, burglary, or tampers create a
"Memory" event. To clear this event you must make sure that the display
reads “Ready,” then arm and disarm. To view what is causing your panel to
display “Not Ready” you can scroll through your troubles by pressing the
“Show/Ok.” Pressing the “Show/Ok” button will scroll through the troubles
one at a time.
