After a bit of "googling" the artist responsible has done a few other building related jobs.

I saw the one in Covent garden about a year ago - very neat cantilever arrangement.

I have seen that upside down house,i wondered if the postman who delivers there has very long arms ! the detail is excellent, rain water pipe,hopper,tv aerial and the top of next door is also upside down.

Well it cheers me up when I drive past it watching tourists taking photos.
