recessed lights and circuits need explaining Please

Say i have my upstairs lights running on thier own radial circuit from the consumer unit. This circuit serves 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The other bedroom needs recessed lights, is it possible to just pull a cable off one of the junction boxes into the switch for the recessed lights and then run the cable from the switch for the recessed lights into the transformer which then run onto the lights at this point the radial circuit would end.... please advise.....
