Hi

We need to neaten up our old house so we can put it up for rent. Having taken down all of our shelves, pictures, mirrors, etc, I've been surprised at how many empty rawl plug holes there are in the house now.

Has anyone got any ingenious ideas of how I can make these easier on the eye? I know that pulling out each plug, filling, smoothing, and painting is the ideal, but doubt even this will make it undetectable.

Any ideas?

Thanks..

To be honest you really should consider removing them and filling otherwise they will stand out like a sore thumb.

Bash em in past the wall level and fill, dob of paint. If they won't go in, screw in the plug a few turns and use a claw hammer to pull them out.

If you do use a claw hammer place a piece of timber underneath it or you'll have lot more filling to do.
