Hi folks, I am looking to replace this old toilet

But as you can see it comes out a long way from the wall & modern toilets cover the hole. Any idea where I could get one to fit?

Measure the distance between the wall and the centre of the soil pipe, and take this to your local plumbers merchant, they should have one.
Even Wickes do (or used to do) a modern style wc that could accommodate a drain with the centre about 240mm off the wall.

if altering the soil pipe is a bit to much another simple route would be to use the gooseneck, as tamz has pointed you towards to get as close as possible. then build a shelf the distance from the wall to the cistern if not that far away.using timber. screwing the cistern in to it then either tiling or whatever way you want the final finish.

What a lovely colour.....
If there is a reasonable space below the timber floor, its possible to use a flexible pipe to connect into the plastic SVP once it is cut back.....
Just a thought.
John :)
