A relative’s shower is dripping slightly from the bottom of the control unit. I gather it’s a Mira Supajet 202. Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement? Many thanks for any recommendations.

The Supajet 202 is a slightly unusual unit because it doesn't actually heat the water, it just boosts existing stored hot and cold water. It runs on SELV (24v) having a separate transformer located outside of the bathroom. This keeps the size of the shower unit inside the bathroom relatively small. If you want to keep this format, then either another Supajet 202, or maybe an Aqualisa Aquastream Thermo that uses a similiar concept.

If you can find out what is leaking, it might be something simple such as a poor connection. Spare parts are available.

Alternatively, a separate booster pump and mixer by any manufacturer that takes your fancy.

Thanks, stem. The leak is coming from the bottom of the unit and I gather it's a cracked compression nut.
