Replacement toilet and cistern

I am replacing an old 1970's toilet with a new toilet and hidden cistern.
I've looked in the normal outlets to buy the unit, toilet and cistern but I can find the complete set on ebay for £200.
Has anyone any comments on these cheaper solutions? Is it worth paying the extra?

Buyer beware!!! Some cheap stuff can be ok but personally I'd rather have the option of dumping it back on the shop counter if it ain't right.
