Replacing kitchen mixer tap

The cold tap on my kitchen mixer has completely seized, no cold water coming out.

Im assuming i need to replace ut but first step is removing which seams very tricks.

Given the lack of space what tool would i need to un do that bolt, assuming its not rusted on??

Any idea how to remove?

You need a box spanner, easily available from plumber's merchants, B&Poo etc.

You'll find it much less hassle than moving your boiler

Thanks Andy went out and got one and it actually works altho now having an issue with stop cock! Posted it.
