Replacing pullcord switch

I need to replace a pullcord switch which operates both the light and extractor fan. I need help as to the type of the switch I need and the wiring. The old switch is wired as per the attached images.

It would appear (to me at least) that you require a regular single pole one way 6 or 10 amp pull switch.

Get one with the two screws holding the front cover in place - these will have more space to fit that connector block that you've got there.

That said, it would be worth checking you have enough slack on those wires to reach that kind of new switch.
