I have an old house which up to 2 weeks ago worked perfectly. I pulled a fuse to carry out another job and on replacing fuse the alarm activated and despite entering the "off" code the alarm would not go off.
I checked on the net which suggested that the back up battery or the in line glass fuses may have blown. I replaced both but alarm continues to go off.
My control panel has a zone area down one side and the keypad has numbers 0 to 9, along with "star" and "hash"

There are no identifying model or serial numbers, and no manufacturer's name. The only identifying mark is a small plastic badge with the initials SM.

I can only presume I need a Reset code - which I don't have, despite further net enquiries I am stumped.
Can anyone offer help or advise please

Thanks for your response, i should have done that.

I have now uploaded image of the alarm
