Rewiring screw fitting lamp holder

I am trying to fit a new lead to a sitting room lamp and have got as far as taking the back off the lamp holder assembly (below).

There are no screws or obvious 'release points' for the wires. How do I get them out without damaging anything and get new ones in?

They just push in.

Just pull while twisting back and forth.

That was easy and now I feel like an idiot! Thing is didn't want to force anything as I already broke one of the plastic clips while getting the back off
