Roof tile loose

Hi all,

I have recently bought a house and a DIY disaster zone all at the same time (Previous owners it seems were not very good at DIY but very enthusiastic). While I am OK about a lot of the jobs that need doing, there is one that has been troubling me - and its the roof tile in the picture. What can I do about it? Possible to glue it back in position? There is also another tile in the picture that looks as if it has been patched up - Im not too concerned about it at the moment, but it will need doing at some point. Any ideas for that would be appreciated also.

Possibly just slipped off the tile batten, 1st thing to do is see if it will slip back up into place.
