Salus rt500rf thermostat

Hello, I have had this thermostat for 2 years with no problems. It is programmed correctly and programme 5 is also set correctly. Over the last few days the thermostat has been sending a message to the boiler to come on even though it is set at 10C ! It works OK during day but comes on various times at night and early this morning it came on at 1.45am !. Should I reset it?

Thank you so much. I am aware that one of my neighbours has had a new boiler fitted but not sure what type of thermostat has been fitted, but this does make sense now. I will look at the manual for changing frequency.
