So its set to 18°C but the thing wont come on.
I've spent ages trying to get this thing to come and off when required but I dont get it.
At the moment it says its 25°C in the housebut the heating is off and its freezing. Can someone please explain to me how this thermostat is supposed to work and how I can maintain a warm home?

So the display says 18 and when you press the arrow it says 25?

Go to the White box near your boiler ( the receiver )

Is the green and red light on?

To make the heating come on...

Push the top arrow until the display shows more than the temp of the room.

These stats can have issues if not set up properly
