I've managed to get my Samsung Hub remote to control everything I need except the programme selection on My Tivo box. The up and down arrows (P) have no effect. It struck me that it might not be possible to control the channels on a Tivo box using the Samsung remote. Anyway, I'd like to erase all my settings on the Hub remote and to start again - does anyone know how to do that? I'm referring to the small dedicated Hub remote, not the TV one.

Remove one of the batteries and hold any number button for 30 seconds.
