Hi all my saniplus has given up the ghost and I've already gone though the pain barrier and cleaned it out to try and fix. So rather than throw £400 hard earned pounds at it I wondered if anyone knew where I could buy replacement parts from?

Many thanks in advance,

Devs

As far as I know the easiest is from the manufacturers.

Parts Cente might be able to order them or even keep a few in stock somewhere else.

Thanks Agile, I'll give them a call and see how I get on..

Saniflo tel. (UK) 01189 821345 (for completeness of thread.)

Does anyone know where I can find an exploded diagram of a Saniplus. The fault was a humming motor with no immediately apparent blockage then silence.

Since I've had it removed I've wired a plug and tried to test via moving the floats but nothing. I trust that this would normally trigger the motor?

Would the humming then silence normally indicate a capacitor failure??

Cheers,

Devs.

When you ring Saniflo, ask them. Their technical support department are very helpful whenever I've rung them.

I think those motors use a capacitor to shift the phase.

It could have gone open circuit or blown an internal fuse.

You could measure it.

You can also call them on 0208 842 0033.
