I take it that you are no longer a subscriber and that your trying to remove it for decorating etc?
Simply unscrew the brassy coloured nut at the end of the cable while holding the silver box.
(Its a cable isolator) and if the removal is supposed to be permanent simply cut the cable & from the outside pull it out.
if a reinstall is needed ever then they will come round and refit new cable.
