I was at a customer's doing some networking, and they went in a "cupboard" to see if something was in there. The landlords DB was in there, and I noticed pitch dripping from the incomer termination - and looking at the state of things below it, it had been leaking for a while and seems to have been quite fluid.
I suggested it needed looking at as a matter of urgency.
I was there 2 days later and asked if she'd reported it. She had, the landlord said it wasn't dangerous - apparently his electrician "corrected him"
The building used to be a college - I recall doing day release there back when I was an apprentice.
