Scantronic 9752 Zone Tamper Reset (shock sensors)

I am having problems exiting 'installer mode' on my Scantronic 9752 (9940 keypad). Basically a battery went low on two of my shock sensors (738r), so I replaced the batteries for good ones. Anyway, can't get out of installer mode (99 tick tick) now as it keeps informing me I have two tampers on both the shocks. Tried NVM and reset to no avail. Looks like i have put the cover back on the shocks ok also.

Any ideas?

I would believe what the panel is saying,
Scantronic is one of the better makes of alarm equipment.

Why play with the NVM? You have tamper faults.
