Scantronics 9651 adding users

Guys I am needing some assistance please! I want to add a couple of additional users to the system but cannot for the life of me work out how to do this.

I think I have to enter the master user which is fine, and that after putting in the master code I follow this with 4. I'm then asked to put in the old code but as I only want to add two new users this has me stumped! I would be greatly relieved for some help please.

Enter code as for setting master code eg 1234 when it asks for code you enter eg X002 for user 2 X 003 for user 3 and so up to X 016 and so on..

Many thanks for your hand holding which has resulted in success. I did try to put in a name for the additional users, but although I tried using the letters associated with numbers on the key pad they did not 'stick.' I could not see how to OK each letter selection before adding another!

Hope you can throw some light on this.
