Secondary Glazing - trying to price

I have a bay with 4 traditional sash windows which I would like to make a bit warmer over winter. I was wondering about a slimline secondary glazing solution. Each window is large - 1m wide by 2.2m high - so does anyone have an idea of overall price? And recommendations for what type?
