I need to run a shower outlet into the pan connector in the next room, as there wont be much drop I will be bossing on the side of the connector if I can get one as the bossed pan connectors seem to have hte connection on the top. Question is would I need to vent the shower waste somewhere to allow it to flow freely or would it be ok?

your shower trays going to be high if you pan on the waste going into a pan connector.

luckily enough its only about 4m away and I intend to boss it as close to the floor as poss so the try will have to be raised but not too much. I just wondered if it needed a vent to let air in to enable flow away.
