Iv recently looked a job in a large house
It has gravity hw. Requiring two showers. The property already has a pumped power shower what is staying in
He asking for a pump to be fitted and already bought a salamander 75
I'm wondering if I can just pipe the shower up normally from the bathroom , using and rerouting the bath pipework or whether I'd have to run new pipework? From the cylinder seperatley just for the two showers to be pumped?
I was thinking of putting the pump on the hw directly off the cylinder
But I'm unsure whether this would affect the already piped shower.
He doesn't want the cold water to be pumped though
Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at the pump manufactures instructions they are quite detailed with simple diagrams to follow.
Are you a plumber by trade? If so how are you going to balance the cold feed to the shower? Is the cylinder big enough for the demand if all pumps calling? Will you be using a surrey/essex flange. How far away is the shower from the hot water cylinder. What type of shower outlets will be use?

Need more info to advise further.

Pete

you dont want pumped hot and mains cold, it will cause problems.
