I have newteam varispeed ipx4 that has just decided to stop working after a few minutes into showering. can anyone help?

we live in a bungelow with the tank in the loft above the shower so very little head.when the motor stops there is no noise all you get is the normal gravity feed, its almost that a cutout switch as bee activated.Today we have no power flow from the the shower at all.

Does it run if you wave a magnet near the flow switches?
we live in a bungelow with the tank being just above the shower ,so we get very little head.the power shower now seems to have packed up all together with only gravity feed.it is if there is a cut out switch that has been activated
 
Is it literally a few minutes? Possibly the thermal shutdown is operating too quickly, or the flow switches are faulty.

How old is the pump, do you have the receipt and is it still in warranty? If so your easiest solution is to ring Newteam.
