I'm wanting to install a concealed thermostatic shower from a combi boiler. Must I install a pump? The one I'm consiering says it needs high pressure.

No . no pump allowed with a combi shower . High pressure usually means mains fed and not tank fed so you should be ok just connecting it
 
That should be OK. Check that it is combi/unvented compatible, and that the total flow rate required is not exorbitant.

High pressure infers mains fed = combi/unvented.
