Van starts eventually after after turning over for 2 or 3 minutes.
I have checked Glow plugs, EGR valve, Fuel temp sensor and have put it on a code reader and shows no codes.
Any ideas what to check next?

really need to do a load test on them and time how long they stay on for.

Do a leak off test, if injectors are leaking past, the neccesary rail pressure takes a long time to build for engine to start. Or if you are sure its a glow plug issue(which if it was it wouldn't start at all) check the condition and operation of the relay

sounds like a glow plug issue to me, you may be getting power to them and getting all the right readings from the top, the only way to check glow plugs really is to take them out, apply a neg to the body, apos to the end where the pos, goes, and see if they light up, if two of your plugs are out it`ll take a while but will fire up on two cylinders eventually, in turn firing the others up........my bet is glow plugs, let me know if i`m wrong, i love critisism, why i`m with a bird............
