Smeg Dishwasher DW1612C Failure

Hi there this is my first post here but i've tried all the excellent advice i've seen posted in response to other members queries.

My dishwasher has stopped working, regardless of what I try with respect resetting it I always end up with a flashing light at the far right hand (No 5?) position.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Thanks Lecky 758 for the response.

I've downloaded the error codes and it looks like its warning of a "anti-flood device" problem. Apparently this is located on the rear of the machine so I intend to take the machine out and see if the float is perhaps stuck - any better ideas more than welcome!

Antiflood devices rarely malfunction. Lean the machine forward & see if any water runs out (put an old towel down first). If water runs out then you have a leak someplace.
