Hi there.
In the past few years I have been laying softwood sleepers in my garden as raised flower beds. I find that the finish on them isn't great and always bumpy and rough.
Is there a way to get a good finish? 1 idea I had was sanding them with a belt sander but dint know if this could be done.
Any help would be much appreciated.
