Hope someone can put me right on this as my head is about to explode !!
I have a property which has its PD rights removed, so for me to put PV panels on my roof I have to go for planning.
However I also have a garage in the curtilage of my garden which I had to get planning on because it fell outside the sizes of PD rights at the time (2005).
What I have been told is that as the garage has planning in its own right (because of the size) and there are no conditions removing its PD rights I could could put my PV panels on the garage with no need to apply for planning.
Is this correct?
