srs door entry system

can anyone help.
got an srs door entry system to our block. our chav neighbour keeps pushing the emergency open panel( plastic green box) and it cant be relocked without what looks like a very small twin pin key and shoves underneath the box to relock it. im sure cocktail stick would be fine but would prefer the pin key myself. thanks

Goes into alarm when the cover is opened.
