Hi can you help,
I have the above but I have to turn on the water circulating pump First
Then I can turn on the oil fired burner. Is there any way to turn them on together, bearing in mind that if i turn off the heating and the pump at the same time the temprature is so great it causes the pipes to thump. so is there a way of having a delay on the pump shutting off?

thanks

Not familiar with the Stanley. Is it an Irish built range cooker with a boiler in it?

You could create a pump over run circuit by adding an Elkay lag timer to the circuit. The pump would come on with the burner, but will run on afterwards for your selected duration.

maybe its overfiring? maybe boiler stat too high?

i cant remember what a super 8 is?? and google cant help..

i presume its one of those upward firing pieces of ......... umm errr ...equipment with a monoflame/ecoflam burner?

Is it one like this?
