Stiff Neck

Hi everyone,

i have recently installed a mono sink mixer and in the past few weeks the neck/spout have become very stiff so when you move it to the point that the whole unit it moving and could potentially cause damage to the pipes underneath. i have taken the grub screw out in an effort to take the spout off but to no avail. can anyone diagnose the problem please? is the unit attached to tightly at the base of the sink?

It`s a cheap one ........I paid £100 trade for my Bristan one ........no probs with it....have a look@ FAQ`s for disassembly instructions
