T Reg Megane - Left Indicator On In Neutral - Right Not Work

Hi there.

Was wondering if anyone could help me out with this strange issue I have with my T Reg Megane:

The problem is that my left indicator stays on all the time when signalling left and in neutral. Attempting to signal right, cancels the left indicator but does not activate the right.

However, if I put my full beam on, the indicators work like normal.

I've had my local garage take a look and they can't figure it out. Anyone here got any ideas as to what's wrong?

No. They didn't think it was the stalk as if you take the fuse out for the full beam, the indicators work fine.

Yes.

I would suspect that the stalk is faulty then, it would appear that there is a short between the main beam and indicator connections. Try unplugging it under the fault condition, if everything goes out, that's most likely where the problem is.

It will probably be a earth fault on the rear light
