Tap cartridge

Can anyone help me with this please. Our kitchen tap has started to drip from cold water side. To start with, what kind of tap is this? Is it a monobloc? Who makes them? And most importantly where can I buy that cartrdige or even better the little washer that seems to be the problem?

I would appreciate your help.

is their anything stamped on base of cartridge ?
