telephone junction box wiring

I am trying to add a new telephone to an old GPO junction box which has different coloured wiring to the current standard. The old colours in the box are green, orange, blue and brown (might be red as wires are old). All are plain colours. Which of the new coloured wiring connects to these old colours ?

Does not really matter so long as you are consistent with any extension, tend to use the Blue/Bluewhite combo .

Thanks for your reply . The telephone junction box is an old type in that it has 8 ports (2 lines of 4 ) All the 4 wires are in one line hence my confusion. Can you help ? Thanks
