Hi,

I have a Megaflo 170 D that has decided to become very temperamental

The lower heater will work one evening and not the next then stops all together.

I have replaced the thermostat and this seemed to cure the problem then it broke down again so I decided to swap the two thermostats and all seemed OK.

Then it started again so I switched them back and now its seems to be OK? I'm confused and just want it to work all the time!

Appreciate anyones help.

Cheers,

Scott

I would check the continuity of the heater itself as well as that of the thermostat. It may break when hot. Switch all electric off first!
